Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. If customer should fail to collect delivery during the set period of time, we will charge a € 25 handling and delivery fee.
Credit card security
van Deurs clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security as all transactions are processed by PayPal. We recommend our clients to apply for e-commerce security pin codes provided by SSL-3D Secure, Secure Code by MasterCard.
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DUD (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed including Swedish VAT where it is applicable and exclusive of all other taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
van Deurs offers free standard delivery on orders above € 150. Please note that free shipping automatically will be applied to your order at checkout.
van Deurs guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship and non-natural scratches. Please note that we have a 14 days return policy.
Before returning any order, please make sure to contact us to acquire a return authorization code. The item(s) must be returned in original packaging with all labels accompanied by the return form that you are provided by us via e-mail.
The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. The original box in its original condition must accompany Item(s). The original box cannot be used as packaging material; it must be placed in another bag or box. Item should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
We prefer that items be returned through DHL to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
Purchased item(s) are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at vandeurs.se
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchanges.
Returning your purchase
1. Describe the reason for your return in e-mail to email@example.com and request a Return Authorization Code.
2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
3. Print out the return form provided by us.
4. Fill out the returns form and include it in the box.
5. Close the box and tape it securely.

Note on shipping fees
Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 working days of the reception of the item at the van Deurs warehouse.
Disputes arising from these conditions will be ruled on according to Swedish law. van Deurs follows Swedish Consumer Agency recommendations.
